Lectio Divina is a traditional Christian spiritual practice that involves the reading and meditation of sacred texts, particularly from the Bible. It is an ancient method of prayer and scriptural reading that dates back to the early Christian monastic traditions, with its roots in the teachings of early Christian theologians. The term "Lectio Divina" is Latin and translates to "divine reading" or "sacred reading."
